Over the years, our company has dedicated itself to the development and manufacturing of various industrial products while simultaneously striving for the sustainable growth of the organization. We expanded our reach into the biotechnology and medical field, creating our own ZiBone series of dental products. Guided by a philosophy of continuous development, innovation, progress, and sustainable business practices, we aim to provide our customers with increasingly comprehensive services.

Throughout the organizational development and transformation process, each team member’s dedication and unwavering commitment have been instrumental.   • The company commits to comply with national and local regulations, as well as various social responsibility codes of conduct. It takes a responsible attitude towards all employees within the group, endeavors for sustainable environments, continuously improves production and living conditions, and strives to enhance employee health and safety.
  • The company will progressively advance employee development, labor conditions, and compensation and benefits systems based on operational performance and budget allocation, ensuring the protection of various employee rights.
  • The construction and partitioning of company buildings will adhere to local regulations, ensuring proper ventilation and ample natural lighting.
  • The fire protection system and the construction, usage, and inspection of plant buildings will be conducted in accordance with firefighting standards to provide early warning and rapid evacuation in case of a fire, ensuring the safety of employees’ lives.
  • The factory environment will have an adequate number of male and female restrooms, drinking water facilities, exhaust fans, sufficient lighting, uniform walkways, spacious exit stairs, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • The production process will not generate highly toxic or harmful substances to human health.
  • Equipment under control will have designated caretakers, responsible for maintenance and reporting, anticipating a reduction in occupational safety incidents.
  • Employees operating equipment and tools will undergo qualified training before being assigned to work online, ensuring safe operations.

Participation in social activities fosters a sense of well-being

We participated in a beach cleaning initiative. Despite the overcast weather with a temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius and a light drizzle, the coastal winds were particularly strong. Although everyone’s hair was tousled by the wind, our hearts were filled with awe and care for nature.

As the beach cleaning activity commenced, we were provided with gloves and garbage bags, facing the sea breeze as we walked towards the shoreline. The scene before us was awe-inspiring, with waves crashing onto the sandy beach, bringing along a significant amount of litter. We started working together as if in collaboration with nature, contributing our efforts to preserve the ocean.

Despite the challenging weather, our enthusiasm remained undeterred. Encouraging each other, we passed along the garbage bags. Sometimes, we had to dodge the waves, but everyone maintained their smiles, making the collaborative effort even more enjoyable. In the bags, we discovered various types of litter, including plastic bottles, plastic bags, and some unidentifiable marine debris.

Throughout the beach cleaning process, I felt the joy of dancing with nature, and each piece of litter picked up felt like a loving embrace for the Earth. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the sense of accomplishment in contributing to the environment made us forget the inconveniences of wind and rain. In the end, we collected an astonishing 640 kilograms of garbage, a remarkable number and a shared achievement for all participants.

Reflecting on the ‘Return to the Sea’ initiative, a sense of happiness fills my heart. On that day, we collectively demonstrated care and love for our planet. This event deepened my understanding that everyone can contribute to the environment, and the satisfaction derived from such participation is beyond words. Looking forward to more opportunities in the future to work together in protecting our beautiful Earth.

 # Let’s go hiking on working hours!

An impromptu hiking activity

On an ordinary workday, the General Manager unexpectedly proposed an idea during a meeting: ‘Let’s go hiking together!’ Colleagues unanimously agreed on the spot, and without further delay, we decided to embark on this impromptu hiking adventure the day after tomorrow.

Breaking away from the office and spending work hours outdoors brought a sense of freshness. Our group gathered at the foot of the mountain, with the General Manager taking the lead, guiding us step by step on this unexpected journey.

As our steps ascended, the fatigue from office desks gradually dissipated with the refreshing mountain breeze. Listening to the sounds of insects and birds, breathing in the fresh air, we felt the gift of nature. Relationships among colleagues also grew closer during this hiking expedition, with conversations shifting from work-related matters to sincere discussions about life, dreams, and interests.

Laughter echoed throughout the journey, and in the relaxed atmosphere, we unknowingly reached the meeting point. Standing at the summit, overlooking the beautiful scenery, we shared our feelings about the hike and commemorated this extraordinary day.

After descending the mountain, our boss took us to a unique restaurant, proudly reserving half of the venue to accommodate all colleagues. The sumptuous dishes brought joy to everyone, and the atmosphere of sharing good times together left a lasting impression. Through this unexpected hiking activity, we not only experienced the joy of outdoor activities but also deeply felt the unity within the company.

This impromptu hiking activity, which allowed us to break free from the confines of work, also brought colleagues closer together. Through this spontaneous mountain adventure, we realized the importance of health and discovered that the connection between colleagues extends beyond the office, continuing to flourish in the beauty of nature. This will be an unforgettable experience and a shared memory among us.
